This page explains what happens to data when you visit aureliusops.com. The site is a single marketing page with one interactive element: a scheduling widget for booking a call. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and let you book a time.

Who we are

The data controller for this site is Vladimir Ilić pr Liman Digital, registered at Narodnog fronta 91, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia, operating as AureliusOps. You can reach us at hello@aureliusops.com.

What the site collects

AureliusOps does not run advertising trackers and does not sell your data.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (including IP addresses) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. These logs are processed on our behalf and are not used to identify or profile you.

If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled, they record aggregate visit statistics such as page views and referring sites. IP addresses are processed transiently to produce these aggregates and are not stored, and no profile of you is built. Analytics are off by default, and this page will be updated if that changes.

The scheduling widget

Booking a call uses an embedded Google Calendar appointment scheduling widget. The widget loads only after you choose to open it; until then, no Google resources load on this site and no Google cookies are set. When you open it, Google may set cookies and will process the information you enter (your name, email, and any details you provide) to schedule the meeting and send confirmations. That interaction is governed by Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather not use the embed, you can email us directly to arrange a time.

Why we process your data

  • Running the site and keeping it secure (server logs, and aggregate analytics if enabled): our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, safe website.
  • The scheduling widget: your consent, which you give by choosing to open the widget and entering your details.
  • Handling bookings and correspondence: steps taken at your request ahead of a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

Who receives your data

  • Google, for scheduling, when you use the booking widget. Booking details also arrive in our Google-hosted calendar and inbox.
  • Our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
  • Our email provider, which processes messages you send to hello@aureliusops.com.
  • Our analytics provider, only if privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, and only in aggregate form.

Beyond these service providers, we do not pass your information to anyone else, and we do not sell it.

International transfers

If you use the scheduling widget or email us, your information may be processed on servers outside the EU and Serbia, including in the United States. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep data

We keep booking details and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing client relationship requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. Aggregate analytics, if enabled, contain no personal information.

Cookies

The site itself sets no marketing or advertising cookies. The Google scheduling widget may set cookies after you open it, as described above.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, or in another jurisdiction with similar protections (including Serbia), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have shared, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@aureliusops.com and we will respond.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Serbia, that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik).
