AureliusOps is run by Vladimir Ilić. Before building AI operations systems, he served as Director of Paid Media Performance at a US B2B agency, leading a 13-person team and managing roughly $800,000 per month in ad spend.

Most recently, he has spent years inside the operations of a premium subscription company serving the US and EU market: support systems, lifecycle automation, analytics, and fulfillment. The Install is the same system he builds and runs every day: systems that hold up under real client load.

Before You Book

What do you need access to?

Only the tools involved in the install: typically your help desk or shared inbox, your CRM or email platform, and wherever your internal documentation lives. Access is scoped in writing during the audit, and you grant it on your own terms.

Where does our client data go?

The systems are installed inside your accounts, on your tools, so your records stay where they already live. Anything the AI layer processes is defined in the agreement before the build begins, and access can be revoked the day the engagement ends. The AI layer runs on commercial API terms under which providers do not train on customer data. Your client information is never used to train public models.

We run on an unusual stack. Will this work?

That's what the audit is for. The install builds on the tools you already use rather than a prescribed stack, and if your setup isn't a fit, you'll hear it at the audit stage.

Does this replace people on my team?
